As per Rick's schedule, I did my 4 miles on Thursday and 8 on Saturday morning.

No pictures from Saturday morning! Dana was off to Orlando for the Disney Princes half marathon. No Dana = No pictures. You will just have to take my word for it.
I seriously hate the Florida weather sometimes. The sudden rise in temperatures has, besides giving me a cold, made it too difficult to run early evening or late morning on Saturday. There goes my Saturday morning sleep with the cold winters!
